LOS ANGELES – June 21, 2024 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has released a new update for its collectible RPG, Tower of God: New World. This game update adds two new teammates, brand-new Ignition weapons, in-game events and more.
One of the new playable teammates is SSR+ [Ruler] Kaiser (Blue element, Ranged, Anima), the queen of the Name Hunt Station on the 39th floor. She has a tragic past who almost became the Princess of Zahard but lost it all when she destroyed her family with a hasty decision. Kaiser has a multi-shot basic attack that increases in frequency the more she attacks her enemies.
SSR [Donghae] Hatz (Yellow element, Tank, Scout)is the owner of the ignition weapon “Donghae,” which is a dangerous blade known to have put many Ranker’s lives in danger He utilizes a unified attack and defense skill that increases damage as defense increases. Boost missions for [Ruler] Kaiser and [Donghae] Hatz are also available until July 3, offering players an opportunity to gain new teammates upon completing certain missions.
Tower of God: New World’s new game update features the return of Xia Xia’s Dangerous Vacation events to celebrate the summer season. Various events and the opportunity to earn valuable rewards are now available through July 3:
- [Returning Event] Xia Xia’s Dangerous Vacation Story Event: Players can experience stories and Battle stages to earn various items including SSR Tower’s Blessing Break Stone.
- [Returning Event] Dangerous Vacation Event Exchange Shop: Items obtained from story events can be exchanged for other rewards such as Vacation Costumes and growth resources.
- Vacation Celebration Check-in Event: Check-in for 14 days during the even period and obtain multiple gifts such as SSR Yellow Soulstone (x60), Suspendiums (x2000) and more.
Additionally, players can experience two new Ignition Weapon sets (Sundance/Sela), and the rerun of 2023 Vacation Costumes for Ha Yuri, Hatz, Viole, Xia Xia, Hwaryun and Shibisu. New Adventure floors are now open, which have expanded to level 85.
In Tower of God: New World, players can take control of fan-favorite characters to ascend the Tower. Jin Twenty-Fifth Bam – and more than 90 characters – as he fights his way through the Tower in gorgeous 3D animation that will make players feel like they have stepped into an anime world. Players will experience fast-paced battle mechanics while utilizing a unique Slot System that powers up a particular “slot” instead of a specific character.
The game is now available on Google Play and the App Store while the PC version is available to download from Google Play Games Beta.
